Ellen Zimmermann founded the Austin School of Herbal Studies in 1995. The school is located at Ellen’s beautiful home, in her gardens on her five acre botanical sanctuary located in the Texas Hill Country just south of Austin. The school offers a variety of herbal classes focusing on the culinary, medicinal, skin care, and gardening aspects of herbalism.
